About Numenflow

Nicolas founded Numenflow and runs the business. He owns strategy, sales and marketing, client relationships, and quality on every project we ship.

Before Numenflow, he spent over a decade in leadership roles across the Americas and Europe in aerospace and global manufacturing. He holds dual Master's degrees in Engineering and Business.

At Numenflow, he is the person clients deal with directly, from first call to final delivery. He scopes the work, picks the team, and is accountable for what gets shipped.

Shyanne leads product experience, design direction, and visual identity at Numenflow. Her role bridges brand vision, product strategy, and user engagement, translating client ambitions into cohesive digital products that are emotionally resonant, technically buildable, and positioned to drive growth, retention, and revenue.

She brings deep experience directing creative and product work across complex digital ecosystems: consumer apps, brand platforms, campaign launches, and emerging technology initiatives. Her background spans product development, UX direction, and creative leadership, with a track record of turning high-level vision into tangible, shipped experiences.

At Numenflow, Shyanne serves as the primary design and product counterpart to every client engagement, ensuring requirements are clear, brand integrity is maintained, and product momentum never stalls. She holds the standard for craft across every deliverable we ship.

Beyond Nicolas and Shyanne, Numenflow works with a vetted network of specialist engineers, designers, and technical experts. They are brought in per project, matched to the specific stack, domain, and scope of the work.

We do not bench talent. Every engagement is staffed with active practitioners working in their current discipline: a mobile specialist for an app build, a backend systems engineer for infrastructure work, a brand designer for identity work.

Nicolas and Shyanne remain the constants on every engagement: client-facing, accountable, and responsible for the bar. The extended team scales the throughput; the founders own the outcome.
