Our Story
Nicolas started Numenflow in August 2024 after spending over a decade in engineering and operations. Not because he had it all figured out, but because building software was the thing he kept coming back to.
Throughout his career in aerospace and manufacturing, he was always the person automating the spreadsheet, pushing for better tooling, or finding a way to use software to make something that should be hard, easy. At some point it made more sense to do that full time.
Shyanne joined to lead design and product. Together, they're a small team that takes the work seriously and tries to do right by the people who trust them with it.
The Team
Nicolas Soignon
Founder & Engineer
Nicolas leads engineering, architecture, and business operations at Numenflow. Trained as both an engineer and business executive, holding dual Master's degrees in Engineering and Business, he spent over a decade running high-stakes technical and commercial operations across aerospace and global manufacturing.
Most recently as Head of Customer Quality and New Product Development for the Americas, he led the launch of a $110M manufacturing plant and scaled a regional market from $30M to over $150M in revenue. Throughout, he ran digital transformation initiatives and built automated systems that compressed operational complexity at scale.
At Numenflow, Nicolas sets the technical direction, leads client engagements end-to-end, and ensures that every product we ship meets the same standard he held in environments where failure had real consequences.
Shyanne Batchelor
Head of Design & Product Development
Shyanne leads product experience, design direction, and visual identity at Numenflow. Her role bridges brand vision, product strategy, and user engagement, translating client ambitions into cohesive digital products that are emotionally resonant, technically buildable, and positioned to drive growth, retention, and revenue.
She brings deep experience directing creative and product work across complex digital ecosystems: consumer apps, brand platforms, campaign launches, and emerging technology initiatives. Her background spans product development, UX direction, and creative leadership, with a track record of turning high-level vision into tangible, shipped experiences.
At Numenflow, Shyanne serves as the primary design and product counterpart to every client engagement, ensuring requirements are clear, brand integrity is maintained, and product momentum never stalls. She holds the standard for craft across every deliverable we ship.
